I was seriously impressed. Registration was easy - just entered a onetime 6 character code on a nearby computer. Played on a 46" DLP set with a 1.5Mbps connection, there was very subtle pixelation on large backgrounds only and no pausing/stuttering.

My only complaint is that the Netflix software uses the PS3 web browser setting. How it works: you request the disc from netflix.com; it arrives (you don't return it), you put in your ps/3, enter the auth code (that comes up on the ps/3 display) at »www.netflix.com/ps3 and you're off and running.
