<description><![CDATA[TheMG posted : I don't know about Bell, but with Telus I switched from wet to dry and service disruption was unavoidable for the fact that the wet line has to be canceled prior to activating a dry line on the same line. If there are ports available the disruption could be fairly short, however if there's a waiting list for ports in your area, you'll lose the port you were on and have to wait days to regain service.<br><br>Phone up TSI, they'll be able to explain this to you in detail. Again, this is with Telus, Bell may be a bit different, I don't know, so phone in.]]></description>
