RULE: Thanksgiving and Christmas meals at my home make NO consideration or accommodation for anyone who obeys the food police. I have always used as natural and good-for-you ingredients as I can get, but that's it. If meat, cheese, nuts, berries, sweet or fatty foods petrify you, do me and the rest of my guests a huge favor and don't come.
