<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1441157"><b>SueL</b></A> : Yes, I have been having issues since last Monday.  I called it in on Wednesday morning the 4th.  They made me go through the unplug the box stuff even though I have two boxes and they were doing the same thing.  While I was waiting for my box to come back on they checked their own service and it was doing the same thing.  My boxes are saying "Error retrieving data...can't process order....try again momentarily  Error code SRM-20".  This happens on almost all attempts.  The only things I have been able to play are some HBO series.<br><br>They said they would look into it as it seemed to be a problem with On Demand.  <br><br>Sue]]></description>
