I am thinking of buying a portable fan »www.amazon.com/Holmes-HACP7W-7-I···_k_img_a to keep my external hard drive cool.Do you think it is a good idea or there are other options?

Conway, SC		 Is the drive overheating in the first place? If its within operating temperatures simply moving air at it probably won't do much good.

Thanks.So far it stays under 50C,but i am not sure about summer when it comes.
