How to open port on my router

Please review the below diagram for my network. The problem is that i want to open a port on my router for bit torrent client however I cannot.
I don't know much about routing however i followed guides on internet by setting static ip's etc but it is not working for me.

Here are Screenshots of my modem and router settings. Click the picture and then click full screen at the bottom to see the zoom in picture.:

Port Forwarding is where you want to be.

Basically your router is blocking access to your systems by stealthing the ports, or making it appear likes there is absolutely nobody physically at your public IP address. Its a good thing.

If a hacker cannot tell there is no client at a certain IP address, VIA a portscan or such, they probably will not pursue trying to gain access unless they have credible information that there IS a machine behind that IP they specifically want access to.

Port forwarding allows the router to keep a service port open and routes the traffic accessing that specific port to your computer so it can be used by whatever application needs it; in this case BT.

Assuming the WRT54 and the second 160N are in access point mode, port forwarding would be done on the WRT 160N that is connected to the Modem, and will point to the IP address of the client computer running the pee2pee client software.

I see you have changed your setup and got rid of those netgear 5GHz wireless AP off your prior setup. If you use DD-WRT firmware on these Linksys then you can fix your issue and thus have a more stable network.

Open ports and forward the ports and why does he need to do that? Only for the Xbox or HTPC. I didn't hear anything about BT usage.

Each access point needs to be setup in the main wireless router either client static IP assignment if you have such a feature in the Linksys main router. So those AP will be the only APs using those static IP addresses in them on your network thus you won't have the conflict issues you were having with the HTPC and XBOX in the prior network diagram you had posted here on DSL and Smallnetbuilders.
