Can’t say for sure but judging by the style of the handles, you probably can do the repair from the shower side once the handles are unscrewed and removed, you might have to unscrew the escutcheon (shiny chrome fitting that mates the valve to the shower cabinet - if you do have to pull them off, service one side at a time as this keeps everything aligned).
