You guys really need to stop believing Cogeco when they say bandwidth is so scarce! It's not scarce, it's almost limitless and they don't want you knowing that -- as if downloading a movie, game or shows for a few hours tires up bandwidth for your local area. Don't be ridiculous.

Belleville customers are experiencing internet service drops say Cogeco. I am located in Montrose subdivision and for the last 3 nights at exactly 5:22pm my internet nose dives to the point of non existence. It stays that way for about the next 4.5 hrs or so, then slowly comes back to life.

Cogeco says that they are aware of the problems in Belleville and the reason is the explosive demand for the internet lately. Hmmm and that happens at 5:22pm evey night?? Yah rite!!

8 years of perfect service and now I only get the internet 75% of the time for a 24hr period. They should take 25% off my monthly bill then...

Techn is coming to the house on Tuesday. I will update this thread with the result.
