1 edit		One User-Says No Admin Rights?-Windows 7

I installed Windows 7 and when installing and asked for user gave my name. Sometimes when working in Windows 7 and some programs it states you do not have admin rights. When I go to switch user I am the only person logged on.
Why is that?
Also how can I change so that I am admin so I will not have that problem?

PS-in users files I am listed and there is Admin/public/default/and my name (with a lock). Also just checked users in safe mode-it had my name and administrator on icon.

Help appreciated, thanks.
