| Email goes to spam even when marked not spam
I have a new customer with their own (.EDU -- they're a private school) domain which they set up recently.
All email from their domain goes into my spam box (set at medium level to known spam). I have added every email address I have for them to my address book and every time I get one of their emails in my spam box I mark it as "not spam".
No matter what, it keeps going to spam.
3 days ago I chatted with a support rep who said he'd escalate it and get if fixed within 48 hours. That didn't happen. Called them today, they had me update my whitelist said that would fix it, but it didn't; still goes to spam.
Now they say they need to escalate it again and it will be fixed in another 48 hours.
I'm in a real bind as my customer is getting annoyed that I don't respond to their emails until they call me to ask about them. I've had to start keeping a browser opened to the web mail spam box and constantly refresh it to be sure I get the emails I need.
Any idea what to do to get this fixed? EL seems rather clueless about what is going in.
