Alright after a few months I finally get a reply from Moore.
But its just more lip service by what it seems. Here you go, for your own inspection.

LOL Typical - 2 pages to say nothing. Pretty consistent with most of the others too.

"Accordingly, I suggest that you contact Bell directly to obtain further clarification or explore possible options with other providers."

Not surprisingly, he doesn't seem to understand how Bell operates.

The LAST thing they'll help you do is "explore possible options with other providers".

So mail him back and say you didn't answer any of my concerns.

However, it should be noted that the CRTC does not regulate content on the Internet, nor does it regulate the rates, quality of service issues or business practices of ISPs. Accordingly, I sugges that you contact Bell directly to obtain further clarification or explore possible options with other providers.
Then why does Bell must ask the CRTC to apply UBB?

I will mail him back, wish I could show up in person to actually hand it to him.

Point out all his errors.

I though my spelling was bad, but his facts are worse.

In this context it is the retail side of Bell which is not at all regulated. What is regulated is wholesale service.
