| reply to cpsycho "Accordingly, I suggest that you contact Bell directly to obtain further clarification or explore possible options with other providers."
Not surprisingly, he doesn't seem to understand how Bell operates.
The LAST thing they'll help you do is "explore possible options with other providers". |

| However, it should be noted that the CRTC does not regulate content on the Internet, nor does it regulate the rates, quality of service issues or business practices of ISPs. Accordingly, I sugges that you contact Bell directly to obtain further clarification or explore possible options with other providers. Then why does Bell must ask the CRTC to apply UBB? |

In this context it is the retail side of Bell which is not at all regulated. What is regulated is wholesale service. |
