Windows 7 - automatic wireless connection issue

Windows 7 - wireless networking - help wanted
Since I installed Windows 7, I've noticed that although it's set to "Automatically Connect" my computer no longer 'latches onto' my wireless network after a reboot. I have to disable and reenable the Netgear WG111v3 adaptor in Wireless and Network Settings, and then connect to my network (it can sometimes see a weak neighbour's also)

Any suggestions on how to get an automatic connection to my wireless network again please? It's a real pain!

Have you checked Netgear's website to see if there are any driver updates for Windows 7 for your adapter?
