I just wanted to let everyone know that this company must have revamped their customer service from the initial postings have been seeing. I was mortified to find this charge on my account after reading some of the postings here and on other sites. I e-mailed the customer service department (I used the e-mail given on this website) and received a response in less than 24 hours stating they would refund my credit card right away. The representatives name was Vincent, and he was very prompt and polite in his e-mail. So if anyone else finds a charge they did not intend for please try getting in contact with the company because I think they are now trying to do the right thing since so many people have been complaining. I will let everyone know whether the charge is actually refunded, but so far so good! |

So you are saying that it is OK to steal from you using your Credit Card making an unauthorized charge and that I would be unconditionally forgiven if I am polite to you when you fiugure it out then call me to ask for your money back (that I wait to finally give it back 30 days later)?? That's OK with you??
But I only return the money to those that know to call, so if I slip by 50% of 100,000 charges of $29.95, I get to keep all that because those people didn't ask for their stolen funds back like you did?

Of course, shill, they are going to refund your money, they need to do this to create the air of legitimacy.
As long as nobody reports fraudulent transactions, they are good to go at a minor CODB. |
