I dont know about you but I can see the difference on my 20 inch TV. DVI looks much more crisper to me. |

Been gaming for a while. It all depends on card model not necessarily chipset.
Manufacturers sometimes do dual dvi, other times one vga one dvi, other times s video out, other times hdtv out, rca out and so forth. Other times with adapters.
Newer cards even do HDMI. |

Hmm. in my view, installing 7 could be accomplished by a bowl of pudding.
That tends to not say much for the OP does it.
My experience of installing 7 went like this.
Input language and keyboard, sit and stare at pretty picture.
I don't think much of anything else happened.
My only observation, is my Windows Explorer seems a bit crashy prone. Had a couple of days when it seemed I'd open My Computer, and it would have a snit and close. Could be a zillion things.
So I think the only thing retarded about &, is it can be installed by even a retard. And it isn't broke. |

hey this rant topic should be closed i installed it the other night now im mad at ati and there crappy hd4800 series cards and the powerplay crap they thought up just to mess with people

I have the 7800GTX card and nVidia board and I got TWO cables with the computer. Blue one is analog (VGA) connection and white is DVI. You can attach both at the same time if you have dual monitors and one is a CRT and the other LCD.
