Wireless Issue - Slowdown on one machine

Hello, I'm currently having difficulties with one computer in my wireless network (I'm typing this from my laptop) and hoping somebody here would be able to help.

Okay, my problem is as follows: One of my computers has began to load web pages extremely slowly taking about a minute or two to load up google and around 30-40s to complete a search (Although Google claims to have completed the search in 0.45s).

The issue has just occurred today when I turned the computer on.

Firstly I tried using the repair tool which came back with an error about not being able to clear the ARP cache so I cleared it and ran the repair tool again which completed with no errors however web pages still loaded up very slowly.

I've also tried resetting the router and updating my wireless card drivers but unfortunately no change.

The computer with this problem is running Windows XP (Service Pack 3) the wireless card is a Gigabyte GN-WPO1GS Card (Turbo) and the router is a Netgear Wireless-G Router model WGR614v9

Thanks for the help, if you need any other details please tell me.
