Re: Firewall Issue I don't have a PNC account, but I went to the website and entered a made-up user name. I did this on a computer running NIS 2010, using the Norton FW. It brought me to
» www -fsc.onlinebanking.pnc.com/alservlet/OnlineBankingServlet
(I just entered some spaces here to get the full address to show). The address bar, on FF, also turned green, which means Extended Validation SSL. Were you getting the green address bar when you got the page denying access?

I don't recall if the green address bar was present in FF but I will check it again. It think it "turns green" in IE, but not sure.
I don't have the exact version of NIS yet but I do know that it is not 2010 as it has 33 days remaining on the subscription.
