I am posting from computer with the problem after thoroughly checking all the settings in IE (I reset all Zones to Default again) and the NIS firewall but still cannot get to that webpage using IE or Firefox. IE gets a "Cannot display the webpage" and Firefox gets, "Server Not Found". Neither address bar is shaded green.
I am still leaning towards the NIS firewall or some other setting therein because I cannot get to that webpage with either browser so it simply cannot be the settings in both browsers.

I use NIS 2010 and remember having the same type of problem... Try putting the site in IEs 'trusted sites' ->'tools' - 'internet options' - 'security' - etc... Just a guess but can't hurt... Good luck...
