Of coiurse they shut it down. It was the perfect opportunity that came at the perfect time Being a FREE network they probably were finding it expensive to keep it going anyway so when the MPAA stepped in they just threw in the towel that they probably would have have thrown in, in a few months anyway. Of course thsi is just my opinion.
