| Nitzan hired someone recently for support. I think there are others that assist him, but he is the figure head of F9.
It is pretty easy to set up, and once you do, you do not need to change it. I would update the firmware if you are comfortable doing so, then reset it to factory default. Once reset (with or without the latest firmware), put in the required fields, change the password, and leave the rest alone.
Alternately, Nitzan does sell Linksys PAP2 (new and refurbished) already configured. Stay away from the cheap Chinese knock offs.
I also use the service on my iPhone. It works great. |
