Slow as of November

Hi,

I'm on VIF internet and everything has been good until this November.

My connection is very slow and unstable. I decided to send an email to their tech in order to avoid being queued on telephone, still waiting for them to reply.

I haven't reached my monthly download limit, so the problem should not be tied to being shift to a slower and unstable server.

Here's my line quality test:

I don't understand why it says PASS and 0 packet loss, still all these packet loss from the West Coast (?)

As per VIF employee today the owner is running a script to cut off any second IP address from accessing the 'net 8 minutes after it is initiated. So....if you have 2 computers running on vif with different IP addresses or a vonage phone and computer running at the same time, one of the 2 will be cut off 8 minutes after it is detected. The reason, I was told, is traffic management issue - if you're paying for unlimited, you are no longer getting it.
