Other app phones to choose from. I am not in a hurry to get an Iphone.
Let the fun and choices begin! |

1 edit | And I think THIS is the REAL reason Apple may finally let go of ATT. Apple didn't give two shits about their customers' horrible ATT service when they renewed their contract last time. Nothing's changed. If anything, things have gotten better for ATT and iphone users.
The only difference between now and last year is that you've got an Army of Androids starting to eat away at the iphone's market share. Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile all offer Android phones, expanding google's ecosystem. Apps for the G1 work on the Droid and vice-versa (contrary to all of the iphone-fan media claims).
If Verizon ends exclusivity and sells CDMA handsets, then they can try to slow down the Android invasion. -- "What makes us omniscient? Is is only a matter of time before this OS overtakes Apple in units. We will start to see some very high end Android based smartphones relatively soon from all carriers, including AT&T. |
