Re: Whoop de doo!

We did the same thing when we noticed some (small) data charges on our new phones. It turns out my mother-in-law (who is on our plan) kept hitting the wrong keys and would go online. So now she can't go online even if she wanted to. Now, if new data charges show up, we'll know they're bogus.

Re: Whoop de doo!

They do it on purpose!. They setup the new phones with the upkey shortcut to the internet by defult. I called and went to the store twice when my doughters new phone got $300 data charged the first week. But they never pointed that out until I got really upset and threaten to open a case with BBB, etc. Phone companies and Banks are licensed crookes.
