Re: Whoop de doo! We did the same thing when we noticed some (small) data charges on our new phones. It turns out my mother-in-law (who is on our plan) kept hitting the wrong keys and would go online. So now she can't go online even if she wanted to. Re: Whoop de doo! They do it on purpose!. They setup the new phones with the upkey shortcut to the internet by defult. I called and went to the store twice when my doughters new phone got $300 data charged the first week. But they never pointed that out until I got really upset and threaten to open a case with BBB, etc. Phone companies and Banks are licensed crookes. |
