Re: Whoop de doo! On my last two Sprint phones (without data plans) if I hit anything that would start a data connection, it would always ask if that's what I wanted to do. I always said no and I've never been charged.
It's a shame...I've been hearing good things about Droid and would consider looking into switching to Verizon were it not for the fact that the company is so darn shady.
