I am having to deal with major communications problems so I may not be able to answer you quickly. If you don't hear from me for a number of days I will reply as soon as I am able.
Is this 800 ddr2 or something slower? If 800 we might be able to reuse it. If not then we'll have to scrap it.
I would be more comfortable with a power supply replacement.
As a first round of suggestions I would put forward something like an athlon II 435 x3, which will be around $90.
A 785G motherboard which will be around $100.
A 4850 graphics card would probably be the best balance of cost and performance for modern warfare 2. Maybe $110-120
corsair power supply.
I can go into more specifics as things progress.
