A lot depends on the 12v. I'm not finding much of anything on a 480 watt raidmax model. If you can get the exact model number off the label and/or the UL number (which is an E with 6 numbers after it) I can try to hunt down the actual maker.
In general though most raidmax supplies are low quality and since the supply is probably a number of years old that makes me even more leery of using it in a new build, as supplies deteriorate with age and lower quality supplies often have a relatively short life.
