| More like a sure thing? If apple stays with just one carrier, the iphone will level off, slowly decline and begin to die in the LTE world, not unlike apple in the 90's. The only way to gain marketshare is to expand to other carriers.
I will welcome all those folks in non-att land to grab an iPhone when apple expands their base to other carriers. You are missing out, and i have nothing but empathy (no sympathy 'cuz you COULD switch to att). It will be nothing but a glorious moment in the history of apple and the wireless industry when the day of delivery comes for big red, pindrop (if they don't belly up), and teh T.
