anon posted : I have had the same problem and they keep telling me it is my computer's problem. I know that I can get on the verizon website with either of the other 2 computers in my home. They all are running the same everything. It doesn't make sense. By the way, firefox always worked fine for me. I am running google chrome now. It worked at first... but not now. I have called 3 times regarding this situation so there should be a ticket on their system somewhere.

markaz posted : Absolutely absurd. They want to boast a 3G, 4G or 100G network, yete they can't provide adequate servers or bandwidth to address their online promotions. It's not just a Firefox issue, it is just as pathetic using IE. What's comical, they don't provide an email address for complains. You must call or send something via the US Postal Service. When my contract is up, I'm off to another carrier. This is bullshit.

AGS2K posted : Their site has been like that for years, but lately has been the worst I've ever seen it - virtually unusable no matter what hour of the day or night. Something smells fishy when they put ridiculous low caps on usage, make it nearly impossible to actually see how much you've used, and then sock you with obscene charges when you exceed the limit. If they don't consider that a problem, them maybe enough complaints to the FCC would open their eyes a bit.
