2 edits | Blame the person doing the illegal activities. The only blame here is the person that was uploading illegally. If they want to do that, then do it from their own ISP, don't use a public spot.
They shoudl make sure they have a way to idnetify every user. And when something like this happens, publicy release their names and addresses so people in the community know who caused the problem.
Odds are they won't be doing it again, once the public finds out who they are. |
