And Rhode Island, Connecticut and Mass are all connected. So once again how come no 100/100 Mbps connections in that region? Probably most of the Asian countries listed got into telcom when fiber was readily available and were starting fresh, so they went with that.
And here it's basically if it's not broke, don't fix it.
