/would make the special trip to peterborough, toronto or wherever it was being heard. It'd be great to see a colossus like Bell brought to it's knees in person :-P

btw to the one poster i have a written copy with a signed name and every time i mention callign the cops about it if they think someone stole it they say of we have htem

ill need about 100$ more to fill various paper work and yea it is time to really nail this and i may even call TSI as a witness regarding the phone incident(hijacking) especially when i have proof i had been paying my phone bill

thorttling issue i drop the internet with them to goto TSI they hit me on bill with early termination then after realizing they were wrong remove it then following month hit my dads credit card with 209$ which they still have NOT refunded.....

last year
june partial phone service
july - no phone service
august no phone service
september partial phone service
october partial phone service
november partial phone service
december finally a full month i pay and then early i pay for january and they cut me off
i get assaulted and bleed 500feet to home get there and wella no 911 , no dial tone yet internet was still working

EMAIL TSI for help and barely even remember it
needed a new mattress , pillow and had to spend a ton on cleaning

My current account is 100% with TSI and that last phone i had was BCE 39.95 after they breached a 15$ one year contract

You all forget that post i made with the bell technician signing his name in receipt of the pvrs too!!!!

Ya know the one i had to have removed cause photoshop didn't remove the name completely ill redo it and you can all see BCE STUPIDITY AT ITS FINEST
oh my what to do...guess ill have to call the police and report a theft and give that doc as evidence .......dad can i borrow 75$ to sue those assholes that ripped you off that you said you'd show up to court if it ever went there ? OH and BCE is so retarded they can't even get the right surety of the BILL , it wasn't my account i was merely in charge of looking after it...as instructed by the account holder. It was in fact a Christmas present form my father because he wanted to give me something i would enjoy.....DAMN dad that didn't work out quite way we thought eh?

what also i'll sue for is the phone i later got that they then used the other account muddling it allscrewed the service up and in fact cut it and 911 off when i had receipts showing that i even pre paid the month of january and the month of december in question 39.95 + taxes + interest thank you BCE

so lets add it all up and see what a judge thinks about this. and im printing out that form but that isn't the right one i think, last i checked there is a civil suit package.....

this pvr stuff somehting is funny cause everytime i mention cops they suddenly find stuff, which will go a long way to the harrassment of a TSI user issues, and im printing that form off and also scanning the old receipt and will be posting IT on a website to show how evil bce is, including a credit card record of mine paying for things like the phone etc.....
i dont take shit form them why should any of you
it costs money to add evidence so ill see what i can afford to add like phone recordings

and remember its like billing the wrong guy , knowing it and over a period of years you keep harrassing him WHOM has a medical condition that stress adds to his pain. i was willing to take a loss and let it go to not have to jump through the hoops. WELL if bell wants to bill and harrass the wrong guy and then over bill and cut services off while in a contract that i was properly paying for and attempt to call me a thief when i have complete proof to the contrary then i say ROCK ON

not erroneus its the receipt the tech signed and gave me and i have that still, and like i said as soon as i mention the numbers and the stuff on that they suddenly find everything.

AND like i said and im sure they have a dozen recordings of if they want me to call thepolice and have this actually investigated which suddenly they do not ...why keep this up and why now and why are they doing this? Court will force the issue and i want them to publically say SORRY.
SO i fired off a nice calm and respectable letter to them citing htis issue and that if not resolved in timely fashion i'll have no choice but to fill suit and go get that package and file at the beginning of next month , it also means ill be dropping my net with TSI because i wont be able to eat and sue BCE.....nice Christmas for 3 disabled people and a city worker. YOU won't be finding any bell lovers here......

oh and thanks to all this lack a phones i went a period of 4 months without seeing a doctor i regularly see every month
it got so bad i had to start BS with welfare to allow me to call my doctor as its long distance. VERY evil company i can't see any reason this should be happening to anyone. I almost died because a this and still have bad headaches because of my injury.

, ya know i might goto the mall tomorrow and make a scene by the phone ...about what they are doing and just wander around doing that ALL DAY. MY bet is the support costs dealing wiht my issues have already run into the thousands so why not ramp up more on them and its what i did start doign in july of last year
every day 3 times a day for two weeks .....
and while i am judgement proof to a degree they can i beleive garnish up to 26$ of my welfare/disability which is usually reserved for food
i told land lady that i am not going to allow that to happen either as i know i am right and when THE FACT IS IM NOT THE SURETY on the PVR account aka was the original account which was later canceled when the service would not work properly and was also found that a prior sat user had similar issues and htey did not warn me ...well you get the idea here that entering into a contract when you know you are being deceitful is a real real bad no no. WORD to wise dont do it unless you want problems. the reason for so far no suit is the fact that entering evidence into a case also costs money so its not just the 75 or 90$ to file....

i am however the surety on the phone ctract that was for 15$ a month for ayear that they quite quickly breached and screwed me out of as well. i had in a 6 month period about 2 months a connectivity and with extremely poor health i could not really fight back as much as you guys think. this is really a case of where the system really failed me. and at the bottom you really cant afford to sue people that wrong you.

now htink about that contract from july to december thats what i owe in reality, what did i pay ? a new rate for december and januray of 40$ each month....plus i had paid for all previous phone balances and there so much crap downtime maybe a judge should sort out what they or i owe for a 15$ a month contract for a year they breached and then gave me a 40$ phone......which after paying early cut off cause of missing pvrs i have a receipt they picked up and refuse then to have a police investigation.

free money is after all hard to come buy and any pain and suffering in a judgement cannot be touched by social services.
like there action cauing me to still be without a phone and instead of regular doctor trips each month having seen him 2 times since january....even welfare took pity on me and started letting me use there phones.

....i am waiting on email responses i am sure there legal team is reading and going over the bible they have on me HAHA

when bell canceled and refused to allow TSI to give me a phone i was unable to call and thus go see my doctor my health got so bad that eventually my worker let me call from her phone
and i have mobility issues and htis is htereason that having a HOME phone even though it might be cheaper to just walk to a pay phone and call is needed. UGH and you all wonder why i am so anti bell , anti corporation anti anti them.
