Hate to say it, but Verizon isn't losing DSL customers because of faster speeds elsewhere, but piss poor service and even worse tech support. They are at the lowest point in the 7 or 8 years I've been with them. |

I live in a college town, and in August, suddenly my connection was not usable anymore, and of course they do nothing to increase capacity. I have not had any trouble with Comcast and 16mbps sure beats 3mbps. |

seginus join:2008-01-30 Worcester, MA | reply to n4dsl My speeds have been consistent, at least. But I am paying the 3Mbps price and getting 1.5. I have been patient waiting for FIOS for two years but am going to drop Verizon and get Charter (as much as it pains me to get charter). |
