Runes Of Magic, Graphics Error?

What kind of graphics card does the desktop have?

Updated drivers recently? Any recent patches or updates?

Is RoM the only game you're having issues with? Or are you having difficulty with other games, too?

It plays world of warcraft just fine and plays a bunch of other games too.
This one and Battlefield 2 where the only ones that had issues.
The card is a...oh my god, I dont remember, I'm not at home so I can't check either.
I will try updating the drivers first because it most likley needs that. I will psot and update on what happens

Ok,
Its a RADEON 9250 with ATI Catalyst.
I went to device manager and tried updating from there with no updates. Then, went to thier website and looked for updates there, found the one I needed dnlded it and then tried to install it. It gets almost all the way done then says restart PC. So I select yes and then it continues install then says under the status "rolling back action" then just stops and doesn't do anything. No shutdown no successful install message nothing.

Uninstall everything. Use a driver cleaner. Perform demonic sacrifice.

Clean install the latest available driver.

And good luck getting it to work. ATi pretty much legacy'd out everything up to the HD 2k series, which means no more new drivers, and you're pretty much SOL if that driver doesn't work.
