Retention

What about current customers? My connection got worse over past few months and annoying the hell out of me, I pay for 7MB and only get 4M/500k, that is relatively slow, but acceptable if connection was rock solid.
I am thinking of cancelling DSL and getting it under different name to take advantage of free DSL

Regular black box Westell modem, but I loose sync or it just slow, need to power cycle it.

I think it is legal, under account change, because retention department considers it seriously. That's how I get NEW modem every two years.
