It took a 64 minute phone call to cancel my service. The rep on the other end of the phone read off all this crap and tried every high pressure sales tactic in the book to sucker me into keeping the service. After about the 30 minute mark, I remember saying at least 3 times during the call "I just want to cancel my service. WTF do I have to do to get you to do that?" |
