"It doesn’t concern me," said Randall Stephenson, AT&T's CEO in a 2007 interview along side Apple's Steve Jobs. AT&T continues its let-them-eat-cake strategy by hanging on to it's 2G-2.5G-3G technologies even though 4G is available and bandwidth demand is doubling every 9 months or so.
