"Congrats" Used in the manner in which you did, could be seen as sardonic. You are blatantly not interested in seeing Charter do well, and by proxy, their customers being happy.

"All is well then in Charter-land since you are happy." This is comedic irony. You have surveys and other proof that makes Charter the worst company around for HSI. Great for you. On the other hand, there are people who are happy and see Charter as holding up their end of the provider/user bargain. Unfortunately for Charter, people who are happy with their service rarely speak up. People who are unhappy almost always seem to speak the loudest.
