Yes the fine print says otherwise, but Verizon is playing up with the collective ignorance of the public that doesn't know the difference between GPRS, Edge, 3G or LTE. |

Yes because AT&T never does any of that with their advertising. 
Commercial with the elves is legit, that has been shown to be true in court. AT&T should resolve their issues, not try to smash them down as if they don't exist. |
