AT&T's complaint is that they feel that Verizon is telling customers that they won't have data coverage or be able to make calls in the non-blue areas. Yes the fine print says otherwise, but Verizon is playing up with the collective ignorance of the public that doesn't know the difference between GPRS, Edge, 3G or LTE.

Yes because AT&T never does any of that with their advertising.

Commercial with the elves is legit, that has been shown to be true in court. AT&T should resolve their issues, not try to smash them down as if they don't exist.
