Ok, so which mega-corp are we going to give this "Saved" $1.2 Billion to?
The funny thing is people bitched about the extra $600 million needed to fund the program with ranst of "we don't have the money" or "Our grandkids will have to pay this back" and not only do we get the entire $600 million back but another $600 mil on top of it. I just love ranters and ther illogical ways who have no patience to wait things out and see how they end up.

I didn't see anywhere that said we'd be getting it back, just that it went unused.
