Well, not quite, Telus/Bell HSPA+ network misses almost 2 complete provinces and northwestern Ontario for any coverage, and does not allow in country GSM roaming. The MTS/Sasktel/Dryden Mobility/TBayTel/Northern Tel/ON Tel carriers didn't upgrade (yet), and since there's no roaming on Rogers, there's no coverage in those areas.
