tpalik join:2002-09-27 Redmond, WA | reply to PX Eliezer I had two lines with CV. Home service went to Callcentric since it made sense to have flat rate inbound/outbound.
Work number has peaks and valleys of usage but since it is easy to remember (8787 at the end) I wanted to hold onto it. Went with Voip.ms since I have PAYG on outbound which is very cost effective, especially if I use GV to initiate the call.
Still have a paid subscription to Skype as backup. |

rc @norlight.net | U-verse. No problems whatsoever and no install fees due to being a u-verse customer for tv & net. $30.00 per month. |

TomMacPremium join:2008-03-23 Dayton, OH 1 edit | reply to PX Eliezer U-verse voice. Good price for me and no problems other than my X-link BTTN and the 2Wire RG are not compatible. I do not get any caller ID from U-voice thru the BTTN. One of the many VOIP services that will not work thru a BTTN. |

 | reply to PX Eliezer Ended up with Comcast by bundling with my internet and TV for a triple play deal. I'm paying 19.95 a month for phone service for a year. We'll see what happens after that. I have a feeling that the price might double after the first year.
Quality of service is excellent with the same area of coverage as CV. Modem has built in battery back-up in case of a power outage. Website GUI and e-mail notifications leave room for improvement.
All in all, I don't have any major complaints at the moment. |
