But what happens if my board uses 24 pin connector and it doesn't got the extra 4 pin connector port on it? It says it uses the 8 pin CPU power connector.

Yeah you can use that PSU.
The +4 clips out so it will fit on 20-pin ATX power connectors. The 8-pin CPU power connector is the +12v "P4" power connector. In this case it's listed as "1x EPS 12V(8 Pin).
