kudos:8 | Generally, a good season I don't care what the odds makers say about the Ohio State/Michigan games, that one can always go either way. However, the 11 1/2 point spread was accurate (at least by a 1/2 point).
Hawks had Gophers for lunch in a no-offense battle as Iowa takes Minnesota and wins the big pig trophy. Hawkeye home games are fun, wish I could have been there.
And, more important - at least for me - Ohio University took Northern Illinois in a 4th quarter nail biter that I could only hear on internet radio  Go Bobcats!!
Sure hated to see LSU tigers go down against Ole Miss, though. I was drinking my Smithwick's which was couched in a nice purple LSU cozy, but it did little good. What was Les Miles thinking when he let the clock run down??? Gah.
