Yes, just start on medium settings and see how it runs.

The game is playable but still has some bug issues. I suggest playing on 20 slot servers or less for a decent gaming experience.

Also, training is not required at this time. Everyone's training is unlocked till they get the issues resolved. They are running on a skeleton dev crew right now.

They still haven't got the training issues sorted out?

Yikes.

Thank you both for your replies, downloading/installing on Steam at this moment, so will load it up later on tonight and check it out...I used to play From America's Army First Version all the way 2.8 regularly, just didn't get into America's Army 3 right away, but i'm sure i'll probably enjoy it.

Just had Training issues when it first was released, so why i removed it a while

Look for the XII servers, they are a good group and really patrol the servers and kick asshats.

My laptop has close to those specs but dual core and 2gb ram and it can play it just fine. IMO the game sucks tho.

Why does the game suck? I've been playing since it came out.. I will admit I've just done training so far and haven't gone online yet but I can't see how it's worst then the others.

Its buggy as hell. It just doesnt feel right when playing either if that makes any sense. Hopefully they resolve all the issues because it has the potential of being a good game. Right now it just chugs.

The game has issues right now, but the core game is excellent. I myself have taken a break from it till they release another patch to fix the current issues.
Gun Face bug
Reloading bugs
Scoring bugs
Latency issues
VOIP+F1 menu freeze bug
Optimize the engine
Lag round issues
PB issues

None of them are entirely game breaking, but they do suck and take the fun out of what is/could be an excellent game.
