Re: Disclosure needed! I have two of their modems I will sell to the highest bidder. But truth be told, I don't believe they will allow older modems/without the fee. In less competitive markets they will surely not allow a bring your own approach. On the other hand, in more competitive markets they will most likely relent to a BYO modem sans fee.
Either way, even my current provider Surewest, is charging a FEE of $3.99 relating to the internet, for what I have no idea.
