Same here. I didn't even know there was an issue until I came here and saw the front page news. My mailwasher program never chirpped an issue with pulling down my email. -- "My weakness is that I care too much"
Same here- for all of ELNKs many issues especially billing/customer service /tech support , email has been quite solid for me going on 10+ years with them but alas ELNKs days are number as my ISP because they continue to charge me for their highest tier DSL yet can barely support 1.5/384. They say that 1.2/308 is a best effort on a 8/0 768 provisioned line.
