1 edit | Weird? Forgetful? I think not. They didn't forget. They most likely intentionally left it out. One thing I know for sure, the FCC isn't controlled by the government. Can you guess who controls the FCC? I'll give you a hint.. they are a group of the largest ISPs in the United States.

for the last ten years (or longer) our govt has been for the corporation, by the corporation and of the corporation.
and I agree about the FCC - I don't think they have the balls to stand up and do what needs to be done - line sharing and functional separation of content and carriage.
