Except low cost airlines will NOT do this and will offer cheaper tickets and steal customers from airlines bundling WiFi. Airlines don't even bundle in peanuts or pillows or blankets anymore. What makes you think bundling WiFi will be a viable option, except maybe for planes with a 1st class section. I am sure they could bundle free WiFi in to all 1st class & maybe business class tickets, but not on any regular class tickets. Plus, the majority of people, who couldn't care less about wifi on a plane, wouldn't want to pay for it as an inclusion in their ticket price.
