Aha! I just remembered you use IE. So, on a hunch I just tried IE8 on Win 7 with John's link. RUSSIAN it be!  
Edit: I was using Opera 1010 when I got it in English.

kudos:4 | You should have been a beta tester for DrWeb version 5. Much of the beta access was in Russian and the beta forum had only ONE thread in English! I'm afraid I turned out to not be much of a beta tester for them.
The beta for Avira version 10 just started and I find German screens and phrases in strange places. But Avira is always like that in beta and doesn't fix the language problems until late in the beta.
