The rep said she was checking my line and found "errors" so they did find a problem and finally managed to fix it, I'd say its "pretty reliable".I wasn't told what the exact problem was but I know it required a tech to come over and fix it.

I'm not certain if this was addressed to me; but I have no idea what a 'warm transfer' is or what an SMP is or for that matter CX Guessing it was addressed to Blah? (was posted as a reply to my message though).
