You won't find use of the terms CANNOT, WILL NOT, MUST NOT, or SHALL NOT. You'll find terms like "strongly discourages", "should not", "is directed to", "approach with caution", "recommends" So much for getting them to shut down DIRECTI and BIZCN.COM, two of the most notorious domain registrars associated with rogue security sites and malware.
